This patient is a 35-year-old mother of one child whom she breast fed for a year. She is 5’4”, 117 lbs, and had small breasts with some asymmetry. She had 485cc high profile implants placed bilaterally in the submuscular plane with a unilateral lift on the left side for better symmetry.
